Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show We do our best to accommodate our client’s appointment requests. Your session time is reserved just for you as we do not double book sessions. A last minute cancellation or a no-show is time another client could have used. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Due to the personalized nature of our business and the amount of time and research that goes into each client’s individualized needs, Kimberley Kennon charges clients the full amount of the session fee for cancellations and no-shows that are not made prior to 24 hours of your appointment time.
